This paper seeks to transform the West Philippine Sea (South China Sea) from a region of conflict in to a zone of peace, freedom, friendship and cooperation among the littoral states in the region. To achieve this, the disputed areas must be clarified from the non-disputed waters of the WPS (SCS).
