Agreement on cooperation and relationship between the United Nations and the international tribunal for the Law of the Sea.
The Agreement says that The United Nations and the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea each undertake to respect the status and mandate of the other and to establish cooperative working relations pursuant to the provisions of the present Agreement including: Cooperation and coordination, Reciprocal representation, Exchange of information and documents, Reports to the United Nations, Personnel arrangements, Conference services, Administrative cooperation, Laissez-passer, Budgetary and financial matters, Financing of services, Implementation of the Agreement, Amendments and Entry into force.
